Default tires&rim's

I got a quote from tires plus for 4 15 steel's and 195/60/15's yokohamas ice guard (since i can't get blizzack's) for 683.75. But do 15 wheels fit w/o spacer's. This is a lot cheaper than anything else i've seen for wheel&tire package's. Are there any other good tire's to look at?

not 100% but i dont think they will clear the brake caliper with out useing spacers...and this is something i would not do on this car. i would stay with a 17 or 18 inch wheel.

a 15" rim is fine, it just has to have a 35mm offset. most people use 15" rims for dr's and slicks for the track. i have 15" motegi's for my dr's, no spacer, and fits just fine.

not sure if you know this, but you can get a set of pt steelies from a junk yard for under $100, maybe even $50. that would probably be a lot cheaper than going through tire plus. why can't you get blizzaks?

So the stock pt 15 steel's fit with no prob's. They said their plant that make's the tire's burnned down so they don't know for sure what size's they can get. Will the stock neon 15 steel's fit. And i need a 35mm offset to clear the cailper's. How about a stratus steel 15. Salavge yard had a set of 4 for 55 a piece.

i don't know about the stratus ones, you would have to find out the stock offset. the old neon snowflakes will fit though.

I couldn't find a pt... so here are combo's that don't work -- 16" interped (wrong bold patern), neon with 16" aloy (need's more offset -- hits the caliper), voyager 15" steel (not a chance), stratus 14" steel (doesn't fit over caliper)

anyone else have luck with rims from a pt? were they 15"?

i had a set of pt cruiser steelies, they fit just fine. check junk yards, or places that sell srt parts, a lot of people use them as drag rims.
