i use 0w40. mopar performance recommended it directly to my dealer for the weather conditions in my area. most people are running more weight, either 5w30 or 10w30, either one is fine. although since the weather is getting cold, the 5w30 might be better for now.

Dont use 10w30 the car runs like **** on it. Use 5w30. I had the 10 in it from when I bought the car, I had my first changed and dumped some Full Syn (it HAS to be full syn in these cars) 5w30 in there...and it runs SOOOO much better. 10w30 sucks for these cars. Don't bother with it.

My oil has been changed 5 times within a year (part of the special warranty I bought) and I always furnished my own oil since my dealer would not put synthetic in under this "freebie"...

I've ran 10W-40, 10W-30, and 5W-30 and most recently, 0W-30 (Amsoil) which they recommend for 5W/10W-30 applications as well. The engine warms up faster but runs cooler! I'm getting more blow-by in my OCC, but that's probably due to my Stage 1.
One good thing about the "ghetto" OCC is that you can see the condition of your oil at a glance.....

If they sell stock in their company, I'm sure it's risen at least 100% in the past year!

5w30 is killer if you can't afford or run the 0w30. I love it. I'm running the same NeonSXT, Full Syn.
