WHAT TO DO FIRST
cold air... ram air?? I don't think there is a "ram air" option for the car...
and headers... well... try more along the lines of a down pipe and "cat-back" exhaust... the turbo is integrated into the exhaust manifold (read "header")...
I'd go for exhaust, but it depends on what you want to do with your car... decide that then you can get more help... you want a 12 sec. car? a streetable ride? a full blown racing machine?? it all varies...

Exhaust...Custom tubes inc...
btw, how many headers u got on that thing? lol well if u can find them then i think u should do them...u could do an exhaust manifold, but u got that funny thing attached called a turbo...lol
u can do the o2 housing, dp...i guess those would be your "headers" then the rest of the "catback" would be exhaust...

I'm guessing that you mean short ram and not ram air, although you can make the SRT-4 have ram air if you use the stock air box and cut a hole in the top as well as a hole in the same spot in the hood where it ties into the functional hood scoop, then use a rubber ring to seal it to the hood and it will be true ram air. Personally though, it would be far easier and more benefitial to go with a CAI instead.
Most turbocharged cars do not have headers due to the weight of the turbo which can and will easily cause welds to break, both from the heat and the weight. FYI: 4 cylinders only have a header, V6's and all other engines that are not inline have headers.
I chose the CAI, it will give you far more benefits than just added power. It will reduce you intake temperatures as well as your engines operating temperatures, it will run cooler and cool down quicker. The CAI will also reduce the turbochargers temperatures which is extremely important to both power and longevity, giving it a longer life and better performance. I went with the K & N Typhoon CAI and it is a great performing and great looking CAI.
