MORPAR MUSCLE FOREVER …!
For your own good you should copy and print the info from Dodges' website as it still lists the '05 SRT-4 as having the 7year/70,000 mile warranty. They have a print option at the top of the page, use it. This way if they try to fight you on it you have it in their own writing, then they could be hit with false advertising. NeonOrngBlast has copied and pasted the info straight from Dodge's website, so right there is your proof. I advise that anyone who was told they have a lesser warranty than the 7/70 powertrain, go and print it out straight from their website so that you have proof, evidence, ammo, etc.
Remember that they are owned by Dumler, so anything that seems stupid is very possible and they will most likely try to screw you over.[:@][:@][:@]

Well i am incorrect i have called the dealer and they said i have 3/36. I think they should still cover the 7/70 cause there web site says it i think im going to fight this one.
Then you should go to the website while you still can, before they change it, and copy and print everything that you can on it. This way they don't stand a chance in trying to refuse you your service beyond the 3/36 period. If you can, you might want to check with a lawyer to see if there isn't even more that you can do as well.
They'd probably just say that they haven't updated the website since such and such a date, and you'd get screwed out of it anyhow. The mods you intend on doing may eventually void it in the long run. I've got the 7/70 on my puppy. Early 04.
BTW whats Morpar Muscle?

My dealer told that i was getting7/70 on my 05. When i posted on these boards that i was getting an 05 instead of an 04 like i staed earlier. Someone here posted that they would have stayed with the 04 and got the 7/70. So i went to doge's website and looked thru somethings. They have this thing where you put in ur phone # and a computer instantly calls you and then u wait for a person. So i told what i was going to by AN 05 and asked about the warranty. She said that it was 7/70. When went into the dealership to buy the car the next day. I asked the same salesman about the warranty. He said lets go look at your paperwork, but i am pretty sure it is 7/70. He looked athe paperwork and said its only 3/36. Then he doubled checked with another salesman and he said yes SRT's come with 3/36. I was a little upset, i had to spend another 1500 bucks and got a 5/85 bumper to bumper. I put alot of miles on my car every year.
I spoke to the manger about this and what transpired and he knocked off $250.00 from the price of the car. Whoopdy f-ing do. I was so pissed but i wanted that car bad. I should have switched to an 04 and make them do a ****load of paperwork for the deal. But they had no 04's on the lot.[sm=badbadbad.gif]

Dealers are IDIOTS! I was a sales rep, and I was the ONLY rep to have any clue about ANY of the SRT vehicles!!! One of the guys there was telling everybody that the SRT's engine was damn near the best engine mitsubishi made. Mitsubishi??? Ummm thats the turbo. They described all the Staged upgrades wrong to people...it was a fkn disaster area.
Thankfully when I bought my car I knew enough about it that I didn't want to wait for the 05s to come out. I wanted one now, and I wanted an 04 because the warranty was leaving, and there was talk then that the price might rise.
Unfortunately too many SRT owners were robbed of warranties in 05, when Dodge's website and the dealer told them they would get it. Its not an issue of not doing your research, its almost a case of false advertisement. I don't know what you could do about it other than pay for the extended warranty. But Fingers, if I were that Sales Manager, I would've given you the extended warranty for free, in return for me LYING to you. But thats just me.... Then again I never wouldve lied in the first place.

I bought every "friggin" warranty/protection plan/Superman Shield/service program that DCX could throw at me....and I kept the paperwork.
Go ahead, make my day.................[:@]
