Default MORPAR MUSCLE FOREVER …!

MORPAR MUSCLE FOREVER ….!
I have been a “Hard Core Mopar Fan” for most of my life (40 now), & I have come to trust Dodge & Chrysler’s products to give me the value, I have come to Expect & Appreciate ……! [sm=dontgetit.gif]
By downgrading there Warranties, it only leaves a few question in mine, & every other MOPAR Fan’s mind. [sm=guilty.gif]
1) - Do they not believe in there own products anymore? [sm=badidea.gif]
2) - Are they just worried about there profit margins now?
3) - Have they forgotten what customers are really worth? [sm=smiley35.gif]
If so there are allot of reputable Auto manufacturers out there, trying to give there consumers the best possible, product they can possibly, Engineer & Produce for them …….! [sm=badidea.gif]

I don’t see this changing my mind about buying my new e-Blue SRT-4, I just want to know that Dodge is going to keep standing behind there
Proud “Made in The USA Products” ……….! [sm=smiley5.gif]

This is off the Dodge website if you are talking about the powertrain warranty it has not changed i have an '05 and it is the same as the '04, '03.
Warranty

Series SRT-4
Package M
Outer Body Rust Through - Miles 100000
Powertrain - Months 84
Outer Body Rust Through - Months 60
Powertrain - Miles 70000
Miles 36000
Months 36

I did get an extended warranty but it was for the bumper to bumper for 7 yrs 70,000 miles not the powertrain

Hey Blast, double check your warranty, because all the 05's were not suppose to have 7/70 powertrain. You should have a 3/36. Ther is a disclaimer somewher for "SRT" vehicles.

I don't understand your point about the warranty. It's pretty much the standard your going to see throughout the industry. Besides, maintain your car well and enjoy it, you won't have any trouble with it. I think everyone here on the forum will attest to the reliability of the car.

The first I heard of the reduced warranty was from one of the "srtforums defectors"....and like you, I haven't seen the change posted on their website. I'd be sure to save your paperwork and take it with you when you take your car in for service, just in case......

I got the extended warranty as well, just gotta keep the service manager's eye's off off the Stage 1 PCM!!! (Actually, my dealer is cool about it, I give them all my business and always write a favorable letter back to them. Little things can make a big difference.)

yep, that's only on the 05's. and actually some 04's, it has to do with the build date.
