does your house have a garage? if so i would do it there. all you see is some soapywater coming out under the door. considering i use about as much waterto wash my car as i do getting a shower, its not a big deal andworks great during 'drought restrictions'
seroiusly, where the **** do you live that you can not wash your own car??? is it in your lease or something? what about people who live there that 'own' heir house? man i hate dumb ****

It's called Oakwell Farms and ya gotta have a "clicker" toget in or out of the area.......armed guards patrol the area and the homes here are in the $400,000 to near million dollar range. You gotta play by the rules and the HMO will burn you if you don't. All you hear all day long are weed eaters and leaf blowers........

Since I can't change my own oil in the "upscale" neighborhood I live in for the time being, I had to go to a local shop to get it done today in preparation for the move to Colorado. I stopped by a place that I had been to once before with no problems.
My first warning sign was when the "meet and greet" person came out smoking a big cigar. Then, their computer had my car listed as a Dodge Dakota. As one of the "techs" is filling the car with oil, he asks me what the OCC was for. I explained the purpose (I have to do it everytime someone looks at the engine) and he said, "Well that won't work, because the boost will blow it all off." Never mind the fact I've had it on the car for over 4 years.
He went on to tell me that my car puts out 8 pounds of boost and that was enough to blow the OCC hoses off (I just smiled). He also went on to say that the SRT-4 was the best car Dodge ever made and that the reason he wouldn't buy one was that aftermarket parts were all made by Jap companies and didn't fit the car right. (More smiling)
One good thing about moving to Colorado.....I can change my own oil!!!!!!!!!

wow, gated community. i guess they figure everyone there will just pay a shop to work on their cars. i would never be able to live there! the housing manager would say something to me about changing my oil? i would promptly tell the guy to gof*** himself[:@]. but i guess its like the military housing... just gotta bite your tounge and deal with it until you can get your own home.
Yeah, I could never live here myself, too much like base housing that I grew up in as a kid......."inspectors" would come by and write you up if you had grass growing in the cracks in the sidewalks.........[:@]

You must be living..."your life a 1/4 mile at a time"....to quote the immortal Vin Diesel...

My place looks really nice, and I keep it that way, I obey the ruleslike everyone else,
but dont come on my property and tell me what I can and cant do, If Iwant a ZSU-23 in the backyard...by golly i'm gonna have it! You never know when it might justcome in handy...j/k
Exactly the reason I bought the land where I did......very few restrictions and the ones they do have aren't enforced since I have no neighbors within sight of me. I can have cows and horses roaming the area if I want, Colorado is a "free range" state, which means if you don't want my livestock on your land, you have to fence it off yourself.
