my mods are...mods: 3 inch downpipe,3 inch o2 housing, mopar exhuast. cold air intake. stage 2 wastegate, boost controller, agp motor mounts, agp tranny mount, halo head lights, boost controller, trubo xs rfl..

theyallow for complete and total adjustment of timing of the cams. This allows you to fine tune and extract every last horsepower lurking in your engine. These are also lighter then stock and help to reduce that ever important rotating mass. These also help when timing changes occur due to head milling/decking.
The gears allow for a total of 20 degrees adjustment and are etched in 1 degree increments.

i would say that their one of the last mods you should do... i dont think they are very necessary unless your running huge HP.

 

Only get the cam gears if you upgrade the cams.

 

what everyone else already said. they're not worth it unless you're trying to good power. also, i would not EVER buy the fidanza's. they're freaking pos gears. if anything get unorthodox.

 

Really??? I haven't had any problems with my Fidanza cam gear on my 00. What don't you like about them? Have u had any problems out of your Fidanza cam gears? I've heard they are pretty bad b/c the bolts stick out too far and can possibly be stripped. I just hate how expensive the Unorthodox gears are.

yea i have the unorthodox now, no problems at all with them. i'm also by far not the only one that has had that happen with the fidanza, and yet fidanza refuses to admit that there's a problem lol

 

^^^PSI...when that gear came apart...did you have any damage to your engine?

I hope you werent at like 75 MPH and 4000 RPM or something!
