RE: HKS blowoff valve
I have the Mopar BOV (not installed yet) but theres a few guys around me that have the HKS BOV. I don't like the way it sounds personally. Its more of a whistley noise than a Blow off noise. At higher boosts it tends to sound better, and it looks the best out of all the BOV's, but who's looking?
The one that sounds the best, and unlike the Mopar plate won't blow off everytime you let off the gas, is the Turbo XS Type RFL BOV. RFL stands for Really Fkn Loud. LOL . And it is. I have a video where you can hear the TurboXS one, if you have AIM let me know I'll send it to you that way.

i have the greddy type s. i don't like the ssq, sounds like a dying bird. the mopar gets really annoying after a while, i had it.
the rfl is a good bov for about 6 months until it starts leaking. all of you that have it make sure that you do regular maintence on it or you'll have a boost leak from hell, even if you do maintain it you still might. sure it is loud, but it's the one that needs the most care and attention out of all of them. it seems to be a hit or miss, half the people with it have nothing but problems, the other half are fine. not a chance i want to take personally.
