Default BOV problem

I have a S2 w/ toys and I recently put on a mopar BOV and now when I boost to 18psi it blows the vac lines off, I think that the BOV is not releasing enough air, but I need some input.Thanks.

Does it blow off?

Is it on backwards? The half moon side should be lined up with the half moon on the turbo. The side with the round hole should be pointing away from the turbo.

It is on right, I double checked it, I was wondering if it could be the amount of boost?

I checked it twice and its on right, I was wondering if it was too much boost for the port holes.

The Mopar BOV/blue plate/rice platecan handle way more than 18 psi, so it's not that. I would double check that all your vacuum lines are hooked up correctly and that your boost gauge is accurate. Then zip tie the hell out of every single line.
