It depends greatly on the weather and temperature, it can be from 11-15 PSI, lower in the colder weather and higher in the warmer. It can run as high as 15 PSI stock.

I usually get more boost than that at 35, but each one is a little different and 11 psi at that temp isn't that bad. Wait until it warms up and see how it does come spring/summer.
