I wonder......?
I called to cancel my S2 order yesterday cause i was pissed with modern performances customer service, and they said they would get back to me..... and i got a message today that they sent one out and it should be here in 3 to 4 days.... Hummm sound fishy?
I called them this morning and they said they will get back with me. They called me about 30 minutes ago and said they got 17 stage 2 wo toys and 4 with toys. They were all the ones ordered up until Nov 16. They said something about friday but my cell was going out so i dont know what he said. He called the mopar line and orginally they weere out of fuel injectors and then they were out of wastegates. Aparently not no more.
s2 isnt nearly as hard as s3, and yes if you have a knowledge of car's and the SRT-4 you'll be set.
Damn gump that sucks that it took so long. Some people get theres in two weeks or less, others have to wait months. I guess its all in who you get it from??? *shrugs* I doubt theres a shortage of them....esp now with s3 out.

Stage 3 is recommended to be installed by certified mechanics with access to a wide variety of tools (see the Mopar website for more info).
Stage 2 can be done by someone familiar with automotive work, albeit the w/toys version will take longer than the w/o toys version. The biggest pain is the wiring, according to feedback I've gotten.

stage 3 can be done by a competent backyard mechanic, no need to pay anyone to do it. quite a few people have done it with nothing more than the tools in their garage and two jack stands. it's really not as compliacted as you might think, and with the directions that mopar writes just about anyone can follow it. i have a copy of the install directions if you want to see for yourself, it's a pdf so i don't know if i can post it here....
