San Antonio-installing vinyl rally racing stripes...Help?!?!
I recently purchased some Avery metallic silver outdoor vinyl and wanted to install rally racing stripes on my 2004 Electric Blue SRT-4. I live San Antonio, TX and need someone to install it for me. Does anyone know someone who can do a good job of installing two 8” stripes with a 3” gap (I believe this is the standard measurements on most of the SRT-4’s I seen w/rally stripes on them). Thanks for any suggestions or comments.
Any good custom body shop can do it. I did it on my VW when I was a teenager, and it looked good (took me 1/2 of a day though....)
You'll probably find cheaper rates on the west side of San Antonio.......

Yeah...I'm going to give it a try tomorrow myself...start with the hood since I feel that will be the hardest...If I'm successful then I will do the rest, if not then I'm only out of 5' of vinyl... Thanks for all comments.
I used to work for a sign company and this is how we did anything vinyl. Its not that hard, just take a spray bottle with water and a few drops of dish soap and that will make it easier to put on and it won't stick untill you push it down with a squegee. Make sure that you clean the surface real good and there is no dirt under the vinyl. When you get it where you want it squegee it down and get all the bubbles out, you might have a little water underneath for a week or so, but 1 good day in the sun and it will evaporate.
