Srt Performance Questions
will lowering springs get rid of or reduce the ridiculous wheel hop i get?
also i feel like my exhaust is robbin me of power since i switched from stock to the borla/mopar?
and what are reasonable time I should run the 1/4 in? my mods are Stg 2, Weapon R sr intake, K&n filter, Msd coil pack and wires, kinetic wastegate (set at 20lbs), Needswings.com 3in downpipe, 2.5 borla/mopar exhaust, also im runnin street tires 235 45 18.
If I upgrade to the ripp superstocker will i need to upgrade my fuel sys?

Lowering Spring will help but i would suggest Dog Bone Motor Mounts.
Opening your exhaust on a turbo charged car will not cause you to lose power at all unlike NA cars Forced induction cars do not need any backpressure
I would say good time would be low 13's
Do you have to upgrade your fuel system ... No depending on how much boost your going to run. You would want to get a wideband to make sure that your not going lean but to the max the potential of that superstocker u will need a return line, new fuel pump, and a way to control fuel like DTEC.

Lowering springs will help, traction bars, solid motor mounts and transmission mounts will make it MUCH better. You shouldn't feel robbed of power at all from that exhaust system. Even though its only slightly larger it does help in a noticeable way as far as performance is concerned.I also agree with the low 13s time, but would get another intake instead of the ebay style one you are running. A better quality part might help the car breathe better. If you plan on boosting higher than a 16psi hold than you should upgrade the fuel system. As it stands, a Walboro 255lph and a rail w/return line will help you out a bit. But seeing as you already have the S2 injectors and map those three additions will make everything a-ok for you. Just to be sure a wideband would assist you in finding outfor sure.
I have the Mopar/Borla exhaust and Mopar Intake and have noticeably better performance since adding them. If anything I would suggest that the MSD coil pack may be the culprit. I have heard bad things about them. I remember reading that some people who tried it hated it and ended up switching back to stock. Also maybe it's time to change your plugs/wires? A tune up makes a world of difference with these cars.
what kinda intake would you suggest? and ill check my wires and see how they are,
I ordered my springs and ifmy friends buddycomes through for me ill have the agp mounts
and as far as turbo upgrade im still clueless on what to go with

I have had the Mopar CAI for about a year now. So far I've had no problems with it at all. Some people complain that a CAI will cause hydro-locking but I live in NJ and have driven the car through rain and snow plenty of times with no problems. It comes with a splash guard which works fine if properly installed.
The Mopar CAI is a bit of a pain to install and I would imagine it would be the same for other CAIs. Im pretty sure the Mopar is the same as the AEM CAI so you can check into one of those. Some people prefer a short ram intake but the CAI gets colder air since it goes into the fender. The short ram gets it's air from under the hood near the nostrils. There are a few other good brands but I've heard bad things in particular about the K&N intakes so I would avoid them. Personally I would reccommend the Mopar or AEM CAI.

only issue with the mopar i have heard of is a pita install. mine is a short ram / cai. so it being two pieces put together made it a little easier to install. but the typhoon intake does have that crappy flexible elbow by the turbo. have read that it may 'suck shut' a little bit restricting air flow.
and the mopar exhaust should not cause a power loss. its a turbo so less restriction is better (n/a engines can be hurt from too low of restriction)
