I found this on a car online and I want one but i cant seem to find one.... Anyone have any ideas

Its by Pro-Designs. Its part of their Instigator kit. They don't make it anymore, and LOTS of people have asked them to do so and they haven't. Here is the link for that exact one:

Here is another link with three that are made by Sarona designs. One of them is remarkably similar to the instigator one. Hope this helps but these are the only two places that I have found them and I searched to the hills.
