I put some Neon lights on my SRT-4. Here are some pics of it. Its hard to see some its to light out and the other the flash hides it a little. I will have to take some from further away so the flash wont blind it.

Sweet Your really kickin it into high gear as far as buying parts for the car huh?? I wanna do white on mine. Only because here in RI its basically the only color you can get away with without too much haggle from local/state cops. White would look sick on black too. But thats awhile down the road.

Were they easy to hide? The tubes I mean. I've installed them on a few 2nd gen eclipses, and an S10 but never on an SRT. did you put them before or after that lip under the car? Right under the side skirt.

 

Take pics in the dark yo! They'll show up better. Looks pretty sweet though from what I see.

 

I didnt do it a friend did it but he put the sides right on the inside of the lip where you jack the car up he was amazed how much room dodge left under the car. Im not done i hope to get the next cover of DD. I dont have a good writer like you did for (i think its Ben right?) but maybe i can find someone to help me. I will get some better pics this week end.

 

Also talk is cheap as we all now from Andy so i try not to say im going to do this or the other. But when i add stuff i will post (MAN I LOVE THIS CAR!!!!!) i still have alot to do.

 

i have white underbodies on my car. that's my one rice mod that everyone makes fun of me for, but i like them....and i'm faster so they can [sm=shutup.gif] haha.....

By the way i just noticed that you have the same camera as me. Got a Sony Cybershot by any chance? Hard to get night pix right with it. These two pictures were set on the People/night mode. The one with the little person and the moon. You have to put the camera on the ground to get it to come out right, and the flash is on really low, otherwise itll be shaky. But this would be the best mode to get the neons to show up. I took these two pix of my car in that format, (only on 2.0MP too!) and at night it works really well. If you have a tripod its even better. If you want help with the article let me know, I'm not the greatest, but I might be able to help you with it.




But thats the best mode evar for lights at night. Try it, see what you come up with.

 

You need some side makers to match your blinkers!

neon lights on my srt-4 seems like too much starch for the lean "performance only" diet i'm trying to keep my ride on. but to each their only own. have fun with the install. and maybe with better photos you can intice me to think otherwise.
