there are 4 screws to remove the dash, two in the vents by the windshield and one on the side by the doors. The top of the dash snap pops off. You will need to remove the a Pillars to remove the dash. There are two crews that hold the pod to the dash as well which probably came loose. Mine did the same thing but I fixed it when i put all blue leds in my dash. Its not hard.
