I was installing my new Hurst STS today and noticed that my dashboard had cracks running up and down. Has anyone had this sort of problem before? I do live in south Florida. Would something like this be covered under warrenty. My mileage is about 31000.

 

31k, your still under the full warranty. im assuming you mean the top dash cover? i would at least inquire at a few dealers about the issue. cracking so soon would not be normal wear and tear to me

if all else fails, the dash from any 2gn will fit in

 

Hmm that's a tough one. It should be covered but good luck finding a dealership that will make good on that one. Sorry to say but you maybe best offto grab one from a junkyard. Good luck though.
