their 57 trim makes around 450 fwhp on average, cars seem to run in mid to high 11's. the 61 trim can put out over 500. track times are still coming in for that turbo as it's a few set up and more people get the 57 than the 61, so there aren't that many cars with it out just yet.

holy hell that's a lot of power for the price.
i will say psi-fi in my opinion and experience. they have complete kits so there's no guessing about what supporting mods you need. the kits come with whatever options you want (motor mounts, intake, injectors, etc.). it uses their power paq software and they can just email you new maps if you change sometime on the car or adjust something. they also do unbelievable amounts of r&d on their stuff before it ever gets to the point where it's sold to the general public. the psi-fi guys are also great on customer support, and will answer any questions that anyone has.
there has been difficulty in the past in getting in contact with them because they all have other, full time jobs. this will change very soon. if you want to call them and ask them any questions (which they are more than happy to answer, mike will talk to you for an hour easily even if you tell him you're still making up your mind) call in the morning, it's the best time to reach them.

Now say you were to buy one of the turbo upgrade kits. I saw that they have fuel management system for around $900.00. Would that be sufficient to handle the turbo upgrade by itself or what else would be worth looking into (possibly a clutch). Of course I'm also looking for around 400hp nothing much more serious than that. What would be recommended?
their fuel kit is sufficient. if it wasn't they wouldn't sell it.
you will definetly need a new clutch. the stock one is only good for about 300 hp max before it starts to slip. mike@psi-fi is using the spec 3f and it's holding up well for him, but many other people have had problems with the spec's. many people (including me) are using the clutchmasters stage 4. the centerforce dual is also a popular clutch.

I miss the clutch that my Shelby Z had, you hade to muscle it to the floor and there wasn't much if any chance of feathering it, it just grabs and goes. Then again I remember so leg killing times with it in bumper to bumper freeway traffic and boy did that suck.[

Sorry, I have been away for a while and was just able to reply to this forum. So what Psi-fi chick seems to be saying is from AGP you can get the Turbo upgrade, Fuel system, and clutch (1600, 900, 675) you would get more HP than you would the Stage III and Clutch (2500, 675).
Is that what I'm getting out of all of this? If not please give me the heads up.
I see a significant power difference from 400+ with the AGP setup compared to 300-350 depending on race fuel with the Mopar setup.

of course you'll get more power from a larger aftermarket turbo, but it's going to cost more to go that way. but honestly, either way you should see high 11's. having 500hp doesn't mean that you can put all of that 500hp to the ground. if you want really big power then there are ways to get there.
Outside of the turbo upgrade, fuel system upgrade, and clutch upgrade what other uprades are you looking at?
Maybe I'm not seeing what your saying in the more money category. Because what I'm seeing is the Stage III ($2500) and a clutch ($675) VS. the AGP basic turbo upgrade ($1500) Fuel system upgrade ($900) and clutch upgrade ($675) to get a great deal more HP. With those three versus the first two i mentioned it is about the same price with much more HP.

There's other stuff that goes into those big number cars. Look at AGPs website, the SRT-4 section where they list like 5 or more cars running great times and making big numbers. Then take their usernames over to the srtforums and see what else they are packing. Most have at least the following. And most have spent way above getting to the final solutions they have. As the experimented with different setups.
Big FMIC = 600ish
Full 3inch exhaust = 600to 800 ish
Boost control = 200 to upwards of 400
You might make the same peak hp number without those things, but don't be fooled by peak numbers, watch the curve, and how much space there is under it.
So the supporting systems are the key.
Ignore the clutch, since that's not a powermaker, and in any case is needed for both cars to put down full power.
Don't forget tuning, that dyno time don't come cheap. And one final thought, why are you fixated on 400? Do you have a certain goal for the car, timewise on the track? Or just like round numbers?
No matter how you do the math, it ends up being about the same to go the same speed/time.
