Default boost problem

I just picked up my '05 Srt 4 this week and it seems to have a boost problem. I am fairly new to all of this car stuff. I took it to a dodge dealer and they fixed a leak by the gasket of the blow off valve. When i got it back i noticed that it was only running at about 9psi. Which to me, doesn't make sense when it has the mopar stage 2 kit w/o turbo toys. Shouldn't it be running at around 11-15 lbs atleast? Any help would be greatly appreciated with what may be the problem.

Did you adjust the wastegate? It has a nut on it that needs to be adjusted for more/less boost.

Stage 2 runs best at 4mm preload. Tighten it all the way then back it off until you see around 4 threads. Thats 4mm preload. See what you get from that. Does the boost gauge sit at 0 when the car is off? The gauge could be faulty as well.

is that nut in an easy-to-access area on the car? and yes the boost gauge sits at zero when the car is off.
