Default RWD Conversion

Hey i was wondering if anyone knows how to do a RWD conversion.... i got money but just need to find out how to do it and where to go to find all the parts and junk to do it. kinda new to the Srt scene. any help would be appreciated

why would you want to swap to a v6??

My thoughts exactly....why would you want to take out a motor capable (when built) of horsepower in the 600-700 range and thensome to put a V6 in there? People don't swap motors into SRTs...people swap the SRT motor into other cars. RWD....never seen it done before but you'd need to make a tunnel for the driveshaft, find a rear end that would fit the car (talk has been done about the 240 rear), and probably elongate the front end to fit everything in the engine bay.

if ur going to do a RWD swap just cut the floor out narrow a 9" rear end and build a tube chassis since u got money lol

rwd would be interesting (and lots of work). putting a V6 into the car would just be silly

the srt6 is slower than the srt4, and much harder to mod. why bother?

hey thanks for the advice ya i dont think im gonna swap to v6 i was just wondering... but i am gonna do a RWD conversion.

The only to do it is to build a tube chassis, to the right wheelbase dimentions then mod the floor pan and lose the strut towers. Basicly all you would be using from the srt is the body shell and fenders. Than you could configure the motor, trans, rear combo. any way you like.
It will take a ton of money. But it would be a 10+ in the cool factor.

how are you gonna make a tranverse mounted engine rwd. turn the engine. the tranny is pointed the wrong way. i dunno just my 2 cents if you do it make sure to keep us posted cause im next.
ps wats it gonna take for u to let me drive it? lol
