I found on ebay a guy was selling a add on kit to run a short ram intake in to a long ram wheel well intake. all mounting hardwear, clamps, ect. for $49 . it runs all the way down to the bottom of the well. he said he made this because when he shot his intercooler chiller, the co2 would fly through and go into his intake causing poor performance results. I just bought one because I spent $169 already I'm not gonna spend another $225 on top of the $169.

 

There was a guy on another forum who ran some dryer vent tubing he got at Wal-Mart for $3 down to the driver side fog light which he removed and covered the hole with window screen material. Evidently the dryer vent tubing was large enough to cover the filter on his "short ram intake" and he zippy tied it all snug...</P>


The "colder"(more dense) air you get from the wheelwell or the even the foglight hole is much better than the hot air in the engine compartment...<IMG src=smileys/smiley4.gif border="0"></P>
