viper seats vs. side airbag seats
I was wondering if any of you guys have the side air bags on your car. How are the seats that come with the side air bags compared to the viper seats that come standard?
I have the Viper seats and my friend has the standard seat w/ the side airbags.
For one the Viper seats hug your body, so if you are thicker than others you may be uncomfortable.
The Viper seats hug you around turns so you don't tend to lean in your seat, which is awesome.
If you plan on entering into shows in the future Viper seats are def. a big step above the standard seats.
I sat in the standard seats and them seem too flat on your butt. I may just be used to the viper seats. Viper seats are the way to go with the SRT-4.

Viper seats are great as long as you take your wallet out of your pocket. They hold you very tight.

hey well speaking of seats...i do have the viper seats, and LOVE EM', BUT is it just me or do any of you guys have an "*** print" on the seat for sitting in the same spot for a while....lol i dunno if this sounds stupid or not, but i was gonna bring it up sooner or later...but you can actually see an *** print on my seat before you get in... it looks funny but mostly retarted....lol i hate it, bu is it only me or what??? someone els i know had his problem, and went to the dealship and they replaced the bottom peice of the seat and it was gone, but he said it was comin back i think... but ide fell funny if i went to the dealership and asked to fix my seat because i had my *** printed on it...haha anyone else???lol
I have heard the imprint mentioned before, but mine has no such signs and I've had it for a year and am about to roll over the first 6K on it. The Viper style seat is the best seat I've sat in and I'm not exactly skinny either. To keep the imprinting away you might try using a folded towel or other type of cushioning on longer drives to keep it from happening.
whoa 6k and you had it for a year already...not bad.... yeah the towel idea is good but it might be a lil annoying jut knowing its there, wouldnt feel the same... but it really looks funny/stupid lookin at it.... anyone else with this problem?????
