Just keep them clean, the brake dust is the worst for the first 1000 miles. If you wash your car once a week, you should be fine.

if you will wax them really really good inside and out, it will make the brake dust come off alot easier...

I highly recommend the Eagle 1 A to Z All Wheel Cleaner, it's safe for all wheel finishes and does a great job. It is in a clear orange bottle with a black nozzle. And since the wheels are painted, wax them a couple times a year to help keep it from sticking to the wheels and it aids in ease of removal when simply washing the car.

That stuff works great if the dust is stuborn. Just wash it on a regular basis and you will be fine. One bucket and sponge for wheels, tires and wheel wells and another for the rest of the car.

the eagle 1 a-z is the bomb! after a couple of weeks of rain and dirt all my wheels were filthy. after an application and some very light scrubing with a tire brush they never looked better.

As I said, the Eagle 1 A to Z is great stuff. I just picked up another bottle of it tonight.
