Default need help on drag radials...

hello everyone... I bought a pair of 15 inch wheels to put drag radials on my srt. I just now got the money to put the tires on and got to looking, but I cannot find a size that I know will fit. Tell me exactly, what size drag radial will fit on a 15 inch wheel and fit onto this car without rubbing??? The stock tire is so close to the strut mount that you can't even put your finger in there, so I would have to get the same height or shorter, but the problem is, they are all about 1/2 - 2 inches wider, and I a, afraid that that is going to rub on that strut too.

Has anyone done this? please help. And, no offense, but please don't give me any guesses, because I cannot afford to buy these tires, get them here, and then find out they don't fet, so I need a real for sure answer so that I can order them...

Please help me...

what's the width on the rim? it could be anywhere from 6-7", and it does make a difference as to what will fit on there. most 15" rims are a 6.5", so i'm going to assume for now that's the size that you have. if that's the case than a 225/50R15 will fit perfectly with the stock suspention. some people are also running this size on a 6" rim, but that's not the greatest idea as you're pushing the limits. if you have coilovers you can fit a 235/60R15 under there, but those dr's need a 7" rim to fit properly.
