Default Mopar BOV

I heard about the Mopar BOV conversion kit, which is supposed to be budget alternative for something thats more expensive. Will it give more power or is it just for the hissing noise that creates. If install on a stock turbo with K and N CAI, boosting @ 19, with a kinetic wastegate....will it give me more power?

no it's gonna give you a sound similar to an actual BOV by channeling the air through a specially cut hole.

it will also probably give you a boost leak. which won't matter when your engine blows from boosting 19psi......

yea thats true but at least he will have fun doing it, right?

o and no the blue plate wont give you more horsepower no bov will. all it will do is let your engine make the horsepower faster i have the blue plate it works great if you actually torque it down to the right foot/pounds and it wont leak. mine doesnt

19psi is not a good idea without some kind fuel managment and other supporting mods. if you are stock no more than like 15 16psi stock.
