msd ignition and coil opions

don't bother with the coil. it's just a red version of the stock one. we actually have a very good stock coil pack, don't waste your money on getting an afermarket one that performs just like the stock one. in some cases, the stock coil is better than the aftermarket ones.....
i'm at 60,800miles, should I change my coil pack? i already have the MSD on order, but if I dont need it right yet, i'll just save it till i may need to swap.

again, don't bother with the coil pack. there's nothing wrong with the stock one, and it performs as well and lasts longer than the aftermarket ones.
as for the ingition system itself, what would be your purpose for using it? people are using it, but unless you're going to get for it a specific application, there's not really a need for it.

The MSD wires are a great upgrade, but the MSD coil has the exact same output as the stock coil, so get the wires and use the money you would have spent on the coil on something else.
