The boost might be higher in 1st gear, but with the previous boost limit in 1st gear, 1st gear was useless and gone in .000003 seconds when launching anyway. I would hate to see how useless it is at full boost since it was nothing but wheelspin with the limited boost when it was stock.

It was a waste with no mods, that's why I haven't bothered to see how useless it is now with Stage 1's added first gear boost, I couldn't imagine Stage 2 or 3.
