till i can drive and i need something to pass the time, ive tried to convince my dad to buy an srt4 for a while but i dunno,
i was thinkin i would mess around with it and buy mods then when i turn 15-16 i have a fully modded and prepped srt4 lol

Save the money for mods to be done to the car only after you learn the car and how to drive it properly first. An SRT-4 is not for beginners and it demands your attention, you don't just get into this car you have to drive this car. You should wait at the very least 6 months to a year before modifying it, they are more than a handful stock and getting one that's modified as your first car is very dangerous, heck, getting an SRT-4 that is stock for your first car is more than dangerous enough.
