I almost died!!!
I was racing a lightning at about 100 MPH on a 4 lane Highway (dumb) when a car got over into my lane, so I moved to the right to go around him. When I did this, he moved back over to the right and pushed me onto the shoulder. 100 MPH on a rumble strip is really bad. My street racing days are over. I will get all of my racing done on the track now. That was enough to scare the **** out of me. I have raced karts, motocross, and bicycle before and nothing scared me like that.
jackasses need to learn how to use there rear view mirror i swear i think alot of drivers are in there own litte world .theres not enough hours in the day to weed wack all of them good idea to keep it at the track.
$h!t like that is madd scary-just the other day a civic with some pretty-boy wannabee just decides to drift into my lane going around 85-i have NO idea how he didnt hit me, all i could think of was him pushing me up against the curb, my car getting f@@@ed up, and looking at it as the ambulance took me away

I was going about twice as fast as he was. It would not of happened if I wasn't going so fast. racing on highways is just plain stupid.

Well at least you learned a lesson and didnt hurt yourself or your SRT. I wasnt racing when I got into my accident, but I was driving like an ahole. I learned my lesson but got beat up and caused 12k worth of damage to my car.
Racing never really amounts to anything good. I'm just glad nothing happened to you or the car, and that you realized that life is more important than toasting someone on the street. On the track though...thats a different story [8D]

Too many morons on the road nowadays to play. Last night I was driving home from the gun range and a guy is driving at night with NO lights on. None! He passes a cop who has pulled someone over...he slows down, but still, NO lights. The cop pulls up behind him to pull him over, and the guy doesn't pull over for about a mile, STILL WITH NO LIGHTS! This guy was OBLIVIOUS. I can't even count how many times some guy has tried to come into my lane without even looking. Granted they do it alot less now with 2.5 tons of black beast in the lane, but still. You should have to be retested every few years or something for driving competence.
