stock they run 11-13psi. the stock turbo can take about 18-19psi. bigger turbo's can run around 32psi or more. with the exception of the stage kits, all 03 - 05 parts are exactly the same.

well, psi levels are dependant on the turbo size, fuel, engine management, etc., so it's not a matter of how much psi it can handle, but rather how much hp/hq it can deal with. as long as the fuel delivery is addressed properly, the stock internals are good for about 550-600 fwhp.

i know numerous big turbo cars running 32-34 psi putting out 400+ hp. one particular comes to mind that's running 34psi on high boost, 25psi on low boost. we don't know exactly what his hp is (he doesn't believe in dynos), but i'm guessing around 600hp. he's on stock internals.

Stock turbo doesnt flow well past 19psi.

Today with it being cold and all I was boosting 14-15 strong (stock). I'll get 11-15 depending on weather and elevation. These engines are damn strong, they can handle alot of what you throw at them if they're supported properly.

hellboy - you probably have a boost leak. run a check on it and then reset the ecu.

I bought a 2005 , 1400 miles on it. between 13-15 is what I am getting. It is acccording to temperature, fule, etc. I dont know where you live or what octane they have but my car runs 10 tims better on shell or Chevron 93 ?? Shell ( and I know it seems weird) but I seem to get 15 at times 16 ? sunoco 13, screw swifty or speedway ( I call it stranded gas) lucky to get 12
