After not seeing alot of other srt4's out here in Baltimore I spotted 2 in the span of 25minutes yesterday. Both cars were black and the first on I saw was sitting on the side of the road with a cop behind it! South of baltimore. LOL The driver had a sick look on his face. [:@] I can only assume why he was pulled over (speeding) [8D] I was getting a ride home from the cycle store when I spotted em' after droping my bike off for a mirror fix and hitching a ride from my squeeze. So we get on I-95 and a black SRT4 with black rims and red vinyl racing stripes goes by. This guy also had a bunch of "namedropper" vinyl on the side of his car in red. I must admit, the red on the black car almost made me loose my stomach contents. [:'(] It just didnt have enough contrast against the black paint and it was an ugly tomato red color that borders a orange hue. Why do people put all that vinyl "look at me I think I have sponsors" crap on thier cars anyways? I dont get it, the only graphic on my car is a white PVO logo on both sides of the wing. And I tell ya, the white on the black is way sharper than all that ulgy tomato red vinyl. [:'(]

I just had my brother order black vinyl for my Red srt to make rcing stripes. He has a vinyl cutter. can't beat the price. I refuse to put brand names on my car unless they pay me. SRT 4 driver, where do you live? I live in Newark, DE. and go down 95 all of the time going to Frederick, Md.

Coyoteyz,
I guess you do down I-95 to 695 Baltimore Beltway to I-70 to get to F-red-neck. I live in Baltimore, MD & I'm a transplant from FL - came up here to go to college then I just stayed here. MD has a lil-bit of everything to do in it, and true full seasons unlike FL.
I think black on a red car is a good idea, but the tomato red vinyl on the black car didnt look so great. I think the best color stripes for a black car would be white or sliver with flamed edges. Or just airbrush some skulls n bones inside of the white vinyl stripes like alot of the motorcycle motiffs are done.
But sponsors on a non-sponsored car is rediculous.

No, I dont "race" my car. I just speed alot
. My car is still stock & my warranty is still in effect. Its a 2003 built 06-2003 & I bought it at the end of 06-2003. The only thing I changed was the tires / rims. I bought a set of 2004 rims with the BFG's on em' and put my other set of Mic' Piolt Sports in storage till I burn up the bought '04 set.
I should at least check out some of you peeps im MD that go run their cars, It would be a great way to kill some of my free time. Drink some beers and whatnot.
2ndfast,
