how do you tune the adujstable cam gears from aem or whoever else and what good does it do?

ahdunno.....I know modern performance and a few other companies sell them, but as for tuning Im not too sure.

 

Adjusting the cams is easy, it's just knowing what to set them at that's the hard part. This is where you need to find out what to set them at or you need a dyno and plenty of free time to readjust them and run it to find the sweet spot for each cam.
