Actually that is what compressor surge sounds like but look at your wideband. It bounces to 16 a/f!!! No wonder the car is doing that, its trying to save itself from the lean condition.
Turn your key to on without starting it 3 times in a row off and on and your code will pop up in the display. post what code that is.
Is that orange thing a boost controller? If so turn it all the way off for now

IF you do have the S1 ECU, it will not matter if you have cats or not. The S1 is programmed to ignore the secondary O2 sensor. If it is a code because of the cat, then you do not even have an upgraded computer.

that could be. put you can just turn your key to the on position then off, then on, then off, then on again and it will put the codes on the dash. it will start with P then a four digit number. the car sounds like it has a very bad boost leak. but not sure never heard something like that.

does the car have a boost controller of some kind? i would also say make sure all the vac lines are correct and none of them are cracked and leaking at a fitting.

those displays on the a/f meter I have no idea what that means...
did you turn off your boost controller? Sounds like you are overboosting to me...that would explain your fuel cut, your compressor surge, and your CEL

then do this. Take the 2 lines from each side of the boost controller and connect them together and remove the device. This will take out the boost controller. Either that or turn the bc fully closed and run it.
Do you still have the factory solenoids in place? There are 3 and were originally in place in front of your airbox. Knowing this would help us trouble shoot your vaccum lines better.

Ok. i got in the car, and i pushed the left button on the Tru boost gage and held it for a few seconds and it said, OFF. After that the car was driving fine, wasnt doing the stuttering anymore. i even got it to boost up to i want to say 9 or 10 psi

so im thinking somehow the truboost gauge has the boost set to something the car cant handle. how do i use the adjuster in the hood? or what would i need to do to program the boost gage to work correctly?
