there are always cars out there faster then you the question is how fast do you wanna go, the fun is finding out. i found out and i wanted to keep going, damn traffic. Well a race is always fun win or lose, it gets your blood moving, along with your car!!! My boss owns a scion tc and he said he is waiting on a supercharger for it when he gets it we r goona run em, should i worry, should i hurry up and get a stage 2 kit or wait and try to hussle him? Ah if thats the worst i can worry about i will die a happy man, just hopefully not in my srt, but if i did atleast id be smilin!!!

 

dude jameshushek.... you should have downshifted to 4th gear it would have made you look a lot better and would have been easer on your car.

learn what speeds each gear is capable of and use it. being a turboed engine the right gear is very important.

and i have two friends/coworkers who both have 89 5.0 stangs with a lot of work each. and they cant hang on the highway. I was very suprised how well i did against both of them.

 

rev i out in each gear it actualy puts less stress on the motor then trying to ride it all in top gear.

 

Mustangs can be very fast.. i got owned by a 2003 cobra.. but thats kind of understandable! He wasn't stock either

 

your right, your right i should have down shifted, whats was i thinking. I tried wot shifting the other day after reading about it does it hurt ur car? i did it and there was no lag, it was cool but how good can it be for the tranny?
