3rd Gear Mystery
My injects have Blue around the tips. I took off the computer (near the throttle body) and it says Mopar Performance Stage 1 Turbo Upgrade or however it goes. I uploaded a Picture of it i took with my Cell Phone. Take a look at it and let me know. I had a boost leak before near the intercooler. At that time i was at 11 psi hold 13 spike. Once i fixed that leak, i got 16, 18 spike.

i just dont understand why my stuff are not matching with psi chicks facts. if psi chicks its not stage 1, then thats exactly what it is. But i still have to argue a little. cause of my boost levels. and how fast i hit 60 mph.

It doesn't neccessarily mean he doesn't have Stage 1, I have Stage 1 and I don't get any codes because mine was Re-keyed. If the prior owner bought the Stage 1 used, he/she may have had it Re-keyed therefore the code wouldn't be visible if it was deleted with the DRB.
I can't see how you could run the Stage 1 without the injectors on an 03 and it be right/safe.....

i was thinking the same thing crystal. there is a way to get rid of the 633 code after s1 is installed, it's just very rare to actually hear of anyone doing it. most people just leave it alone.
if the injectors are black with a blue ring then they are the s1 injectors, as the s0 injectors on an o3 are purple. so you do have s1, and the boost levels are pretty much normal. spikes of 18 are kinda high, i do think there's a leak somewhere in the system, probably the clamp right under the turbo, that one seems to always be loose.

Most likely it was a used Stage 1 installed, and reflashed/re-vinned/reskimmed at the dealer. Lil' did you really get new keys? If so, I'm sorry we didn't catch you in time to prevent that.
Thats great then. Now that we fixed the stage mystery, im wondering why does the fuel cut at 3rd gear is taking place. What is the cause and what could be the damage if it continues. Also, if its a problem, do you think the Waranty covers the repairs?
