I just figured out my used srt4 03 came with Stage 1 Computer (NOT sure if i have injectors). I boost 15-16 pounds constantly and spike up to 18. the weird thing is that when i launch from a roll on 2nd gear, everything works great for the rest of the gears. if i launch at 3rd gear, it begins to choke (engine) and boost controller seems to want to pass 15 but something is not letting it. I think that i have the computer upgrade but not the injectors. Im not really sure. What do you guys think it is?

 

You should not spike to 18 if all you have is a stage 1. Do you have a manual boost controller under the hood? You should only spike between 13 and 15 with a stage 1. Turn your ignition on and off three times but do not start it. See what code comes up on you odometer. This will tell you if you really have a stage 1.

the code P0633 would come up.

it's fine to spike to 18 on the s1 ecu, especially since you're only holding 15-16. don't worry about that. it sounds like you're hitting fuel cut....

Speaking of Boosting, I am still stock, [:'(] (but not for long)and mine will spike to 18 and hold steady at 16 sometimes 17 psi? Is that normal for a stock car?

I have no boost controller installed. on first gear i boost 13 pounds, on 2nd i boost 18 spike 16 hold, same throughout all gears. I have Intake, HKS blow off Sequential, and Stage 1 PCM (not sure about injectors) My srt4 is a 03, i took apart the PCM and noticed it said 03. But, yes, i find it strange i spike to 18

 

I did the 3 ignition turns. The Odometer said done, then i got nothing but dashes --------------- Then my milage poped up. What does that mean?
