It depends on what you mean by Mopar parts, are you refering to the factory original Mopar replacement parts or the Mopar Performance parts?

If your talking about the Mopar factory original replacement parts, then yes they do carry a factory warranty as long as the parts are installed by one of their mechanics. If your talking about the Mopar Performance parts, then no. However, some dealerships will warranty Mopar Performance parts if they install them, but you better get it in writing that they will, because they could just be telling you that they will to get your business and then if it breaks they can point out to you exactly what I have below which states that there is no warranty on them at all, then your screwed.

No Mopar Performance parts are sold with any warranty what so ever. Here it is in their own words from the Mopar Performance parts catalogs (this also has the proof that mods cannot void your warranty, unless they can prove that the modification(s) was the cause of the failure):

"NO PARTS WARRANTY
Mopar Performance parts are sold “as is†unless otherwise noted.
This means that parts sold by Mopar Performance carry no
warranty whatsoever. Implied warranties, such as warranties of
merchantability, are excluded. (An implied warranty of
merchantability means that the part is reasonably fit for the general
purpose for which is was sold). The entire risk as to quality and
performance of such parts is with the buyer. Should such parts
prove defective following their purchase, the buyer and not the
manufacturer, distributor or retailer, assumes the entire cost of all
necessary servicing or repair.
Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep® vehicle and parts warranties are voided if the
vehicle or parts are used for competition. The addition of performance parts
does not by itself void a vehicle’s warranty. However, added performance
parts (parts not originally supplied on the vehicle from the factory) are not
covered by the vehicle’s warranty, and any failure that they may cause is
also not covered by the vehicle’s warranty."
