Default $20 OCC hose problem.

Was wondering if anybody has any info on hose they use for the $20 OCC that doesn't collaspe. I just replaced mine after about 5 months, and a week later it already collasped??? Any websites or info would be appreciative....Thank You.

I just use regular emissions/vacuum hose and it has never been any problem.

No. go to napa auto or pep boys or somtin and ask for rubbre fuel lines. they have thick rubber walls that collapse and they are black so they look like the rest of the hoses that come stock.

I used power steering hose I got from auto zone. Don't recall how much it was. I think I got like six feet for less than five dollars.

Fuel line hose works the best. Or Black vac hose. The white high pressure PVC hose from Lowes will work, but not for long, it eventually collapses down on itself. Though its good for a couple hundred PSI, its not good for a 210 degree engine.
