I was wondering how long you can actually drive the car in HOM without having 100 octane before it kicks you out of it. I've had a few problems with the stage 2 mopar toys. The dealership sinstalled it for me. They have the sprayer pump connected to the washer fluid tank and it's been leaking from the pump itself and where they attached it to the washer fluid tank and there is fluid coming from a crack in the pump also. So then i decided to put it in HOM and drive arounda little with just 93 octane fuel to see if they maybe screwed the whole stage 2 setup up. I drove around for about 10 minutes and the red light stayed on the whole time it didn't kick me out, there was no knocking either. So if somone could let me know what could be wrong let me know. I'm still really new to turbo's so i'm trying to learn as much as I can.

 

go to about 5000 rpms in 3rd gear it will kick you out.

 

Yeah it kicked me out in 3rd gear around 4500 rpms. Thank you.

 

Try some NOS racing formula or Lucas power additive (non-street-legal version).

Then push the red button and see how it drives in HOM.
