I have S 2 installed just wondering what the highest boost level should roughly be. I'm only boosting 12psi. I have the Mopar BOV installed but i don't think that would cause me to loose more then 1-3 psi, correct?

 

At least 17psi. Did the dealer install that BOV also? Could be leaking. Somethings not right. I read your other post about their install job and they suck. As much as you had to pay for that install, I hope they make it right.

Sweet! the most i spiked was 19 held @ 17.5

 

I am spiking 19-20 and holding 17.5.

sure it could.

did you use the gasket and also tighten it down to proper torque?

Also - have you checked all of your intercooler plumbing for leaks?

You could set up a leak tester for next to nothing, and find out where it is if you want, as well.

Yes that was with the s2 wga. We just had the right combination to get the power out of 21/19. If somebody tries to go that high without the supporting mods to take advantage of it, it will hurt performance more than help.

it was good for 273/304 on a dynojet uncorrected with the stage 2 pcm yanking the bejeezus out of the timing. and on pump gas...

 

Do you have toys or no? Did you pressure test the system? When you look at the bov, does the stock surge valve look bent where the bolt are? Did you pressure test the system? What other mods do you have on the car? Did I ask if you pressure tested it yet?

Yes I have Mopar toys. No I haven't pressure tested the system. I checked all of the hoses from the intake to the intercooler and from the turbo to the intercooler. I'm going to make the pressure tester tomorrow, just gotta get the stuff to make one. With the surge valve i can see a little gap between the bolts on each side of it, but it looks like the rubber seal in the surge valve would make a tight seal. Maybe not let me know. I have an apointment on tuesday neaxt week to have everything checked out at the dealership but would rather beable to fix it myself so i don't have to travel 40minutes.
