stage 2 boost level?
I have S 2 installed just wondering what the highest boost level should roughly be. I'm only boosting 12psi. I have the Mopar BOV installed but i don't think that would cause me to loose more then 1-3 psi, correct?
At least 17psi. Did the dealer install that BOV also? Could be leaking. Somethings not right. I read your other post about their install job and they suck. As much as you had to pay for that install, I hope they make it right.

did you use the gasket and also tighten it down to proper torque?
Also - have you checked all of your intercooler plumbing for leaks?
You could set up a leak tester for next to nothing, and find out where it is if you want, as well.

it was good for 273/304 on a dynojet uncorrected with the stage 2 pcm yanking the bejeezus out of the timing. and on pump gas...

Yes I have Mopar toys. No I haven't pressure tested the system. I checked all of the hoses from the intake to the intercooler and from the turbo to the intercooler. I'm going to make the pressure tester tomorrow, just gotta get the stuff to make one. With the surge valve i can see a little gap between the bolts on each side of it, but it looks like the rubber seal in the surge valve would make a tight seal. Maybe not let me know. I have an apointment on tuesday neaxt week to have everything checked out at the dealership but would rather beable to fix it myself so i don't have to travel 40minutes.
