A'PEXi Turbo Timer Pics
Also, I haven't posted pics of my TT install- I know people are always asking about those- my buddy and I installed this in a few hours- he talked me into the location, which required dremmeling the hvac cover to get the cord through, which I was pretty timid about doing, but it turned out awesome, imho.
BTW, in the 4th picture it looks like the plastic above where the cord goes into the panel is warped or bowed out- it must be a reflection, b/c it's actually not- you can't even see the notch in the plastic unless you get right up next to it.

That looks awesome. I really need to get myself one of those instead of sitting in my car like a tard for 3-5 minutes. I don't think I've ever seen it mounted there before. Good spot
thanks- i liked the locataion too.
having the tt definitely is convienient- i know everyone says it's no big deal to them to sit in the car for a couple minutes, but to me it's well worth the 100 bucks- i'm always in a rush to do stuff. the only bad thing is that when you push the key fob lock button while the car is running it will only lock the doors, not arm the alarm, but on the few occasions when i actually need to arm it i can just sit and wait a couple minutes- no biggie.
also, if anyone is going to install one of these pm me, b/c the other forum addresses a fault in the directions which has you tap into a wrong wire, which will cause your airbag light to come on- it still works, and lots of people are driving around with it that way, but it isn't the correct way- a good way to tell is when you turn your key off the radio should go off too- if not, you're tapped into the wrong wire. i wouldn't really feel comfortable if my airbag light came on all the time, but people say it works just fine that way, i guess.

Barney if you want to make your own thread and post the pictures as an install, I can sticky yours up top. I'd be more than glad to do so. I was unaware that there was an error in the previously posted ones due to the fact that I've never done it before. This will be one of my next toys.
ok- i'll get the stuff together- unfortunately i didn't keep a photo record of the install (i know, i'm not a good forum member[sm=imsorry.gif]), but i'll put some pics and details of the install up tomorrow and you can sticky it- it would be a good one, since everyone always asks about it.
