Decision on New Rims?
See the Image Above. I'm considering Axis Reverb rims in the Gloss Black. Size would be 17 x 7.5" (if they fit) with a 225/45R17 tire (I am still doing my homework on what will fit). What do you guys think? I found this posted on the other SRT site... no one seems to know who's car it is, but I like the look. What do you think? My car is E. Blue as well.

They weigh about the same as stock, and if I wasn't so weight-loss conscious, I would own one of the two, myself. They look awesome on silver.
I don't think many are going to argue with that look.
I'm just a little concerned on the 7.5" wide rim and the tire size. I know to step up to the 18" rim I have to go with a 8.5" wide rim (for the Axis rims) with a 235/40R18... and that is just too darn big!! rubbing is my concern, as well as clearing the brakes, struts, and transaxle... stupid small cars
anyone know if this combo won't work?

I guess it depends on the offset. I'm running 5Zigen FN01R-C in a 17x8" wheel. Similiar style and considerably lighter than stock too (I think right around 16lbs?, with 245/40 BFG KDW's the combined weight is about 38lbs).
With a 1" drop in front (2" in rear) I get just a little rubbing every once in awhile, which would probably be non-existant on a 235 or narrower tire.
