Default Stock Injectors and Coloring

Hey guys,
I don't have an SRT-4, actually I have a Saturn Wagon. It has forged internals and a Powerdyne BD-600 blower on it. Pictures can be seen here. The reason I'm on this forum is my fuel standalone (Megasquirt) came with some SRT-4 Injectors. The guy through them in for free. He said they were stage two, but he didn't know very much about them. Physically they fit aside from the fact they are 9/32" too short so I'm going to just fab up a bracket to move the fuel rail closer to the head and then go to a junkyard and see about buying the connectors.

For a description of them, they are a pinkish color. They have a blue o-ring on one side and a black o-ring on the other (I can't remember as of now which one was on the fuel rail side and which was on the head side).

I searched on here and couldn't find any information I was looking for with the limited knowledge I have of them (basically only that they are pink). I was wondering what impedance they are and also what the flow rate is on your fuel system, which I believe is 4bar.

Thanks for any help.

I think modernperformance.com has the tech side of the megasquirt you could call their tech line....I really dont know your best bet is to go into the 1st gen as I know a lot of the guys w/ turbos go with the mega squirt. Neonspeed.com is a really good place to ask that question as well. Go on streetsource magazine.com and ask some of the guys there as well.

thanks. I must suck at writing. I basically just needed the info on the injectors. The megasquirt was just added in so that noone would post that saturn PCMs may not work with the injectors.

I'll go over to Neonspeed as well and post the question. These injectors are just completely new territory to me.

that works. thanks. Are they high impedance or low? Also not sure on how high I can bump my fuel pressure up on the saturn fuel rail so they might end up being to small with my systems pressure. If that be the case, how much do these sell for?

they are high impedence.

i'm not sure what the stock ones will sell for. your best bet is going to be ebay, look around and see what they have been selling for.

thanks... i think i'm going to just run 58psi on the stock system. My car has an adjustable fuel pressure regulator stock so it shouldn't be a problem to get it that high.

Thanks for all your help.
