Filed a complaint today on ICEMAN
after talking with some people about this situation i have com eto the conclusion that the better buisness bureau is the best way to go and for all of you other people who have had problems in the past and hopefully not in the future should do the same. Just so ya know i have had some ****ty products in the past but not once have I complained WHY because i talked to the company and they refunded my money or replaced it. for any of you that dont agree with the complaint to the BBB just know i tried for three weeks to get this figured out and Iceman is nowhere to be found
