Ok here is the deal I dont know if you people are getting tired of me posting this S*** but it is info for everybody might help someone not to buy a crappy product with even crappier customer service here is the last email from Iceman.

Ok David!

I have gotten approval to send you a check now. Soon to
follow I will be sending a carrier DHL to pickup your Iceman
Intake. One week after you recieve the check, I will be
sending another carrier to pick-up the Iceman Intake that you
replace with the money i send you. I am really sorry for the
delay, but it was like pulling teeth with no recept. You
should have it before this Friday. Please purchase another
intake and remove the Iceman completely and have it ready for
the following friday. I hope that is ok....

I am trusting you, everyone here saids I'm crazy for sending
you the funds with getting the product back first, so please
dont let me down....

Please email me all the information of purchase price &
company where you purchase the product from, please include
your address where you want me to send it to, so I dont have
to look it up again.

Ok here is the ****! 1 i sent him a reciept 3 times so i know he has gotten one of them so the no receipt excuse it garbage. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they said he is not obligated to respond to them SO i filed with the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION the big cahunas they said to post their # so if anyone else has a problem with Iceman or any other company that is not responding to consumers for warranty or misleading info about their product to call them and they will work on it if a company gets to many complaint the feds come in and check it out

Ive been trying to think back, and I believe that Ive heard of a few problems with Iceman in the past that were posted on SRTForums.com. Interestingly enough.....

I bought from AEM....I didnt trust Iceman. I really hope everything is resolved for you soon. And its fine that your posting it. It could prevent other members from future hassle with an unreputable company.

If I was to buy a CAI, it would not be an Iceman due to all the bad press here in DF. Personally, I have my doubts as to the cost effectiveness of a CAI for the HP gained, but that's an issue better left for bars and late night talk shows.....they do LOOK cool though when you pop the hood.

(Plz, no emails on how many zillion HP you gained with your CAI.....I have a "computer chip" that will give me an extra 25 HP!!! If you don't believe me, just check E Bay!!!)

I appreciate your support some people are getting tired of me posting i think but i am not trying to be annoying i just want people to understand how bad a company is when they dont care about their customers or stand behind their product. I know that all of the vets and some others probably alreadt knew about Iceman and that it had to be cutomized to fit but i did not ans i am sure that there are others who dont and will install this intake and get hurt or even worse because of the breaking of the breaklines [&o]

You're doing the right thing by letting the folks here on DF know of the problems you've had......that's a major reason for this forum, people helping people.

We actually should have an SRT vendor experience thread. That way we all can share our experiences with companys, what we bought, the price, how fast it shipped and so on and so forth. SRTForums has something similar though I tend never to read it. But for those of us who dont venture "over there" it may be handy to have one on this end.

Again I hope its all resolved soon, let us all know.

Ill arrange something tomorrow when my mind is working properly. Or just have Amanda open up a new section up top for SRT buyer/seller/vendor information. As far as how things went.
