Default question about new srt4

ok....

i am seriously looking into getting a new srt 4. i was on dodge and did that build and price thing. and i really dont want a srt4 in any of those colors. i really want a big yellow one. i know it might kind of sound stupid. but does dodge paint them from the factory or will i have to get it custome painted? i am realitively new when it comes to buying new cars. let me know where i can see all of the colors that the srt4s come in besides the ones on the dodge site.

thanks

luke

Solar Yellow was a color created for the 2003 SRT-4, maybe some of the earlier one's as well. So if you want a yellow one that isn't custom painted, you've got to hunt down one of them.

2003- Solar Yellow
2004- Flame Red, Black, Electric Blue and Bright Silver Metallic.
2005- See Dodge.com

Electric Blue

Solar Yellow

Flame Red

Then there's the Orange Blast SRT-4

There are a few factory yellow 2004's around, if you find one I'd buy it as an investment.....

What do ya'll think of the new Caliber? I'm still torn but all I've seen so far is the SXT version or the SRT half covered by tarps. Although this pick is hot

I think, it doesn't look like a "car" lol

The one you have pictured above looks kind of cool, but its not something I'd buy - SRT'ed or not. Thats why I rushed out and got my 05 SRT-4.

I happen to agree... looks a lil bit tooo much like a Durango, kinda boatish; besides you can't get any sexier than a neon, SRT of course

Isn't a mini-suv what every performance car driver wants?[8D]

I think the vehicle is an abomination. Looks as aerodynamic as a brick. How can something that is as tall as it is wide handle well????? Physics says the car will bomb.[:'(]

They talk about a shared platform w/the evo. Doubt it - the evo concepts look awesome, and they talk of 300/300 out of a 2.0litre. Even if the platform is shared. If that is how the srt-4 looks, it is a downgrade of a great car, and the Evo is an improvement over what they had. If i were looking for a car next year, the tides would've probably been turned and I would have ended up on the other side of the mitsu/dodge coin.

Buy a used one. Check autotrader.com and all the car internet used car sites.
I was going to buy a new one but found a 2004 with 9k miles for only 16,500 ...If you buy a 2003 it will be even less! save yourself 7 to 8k buy a used 2003 yellow one then throw the big turbo in it for 4k installed and your dropping 300 HP+ for the same/less cost !!!
