i was only getting 5 lbs of boost until yesterday the green line that hooks on the back of the turbo came off and now im getting 15-16 psi. What does the green line do and is it safe to keep it unhooked? everything is stock on the car except for cai and exhaust.

 

IIRC, that is a vacuum line so the PCM can control boost.
