Im hangin'; i just got off the phone w/ ManciniRacing and AGP TURBO. MANCINI said that the back orders, for the S2, are because of lack of fuel inj. They told me to call next Tues.[:@]. AGP havent build my FMIC yet. that they go by the order no. you fall under...
That there gave some type of relief... but, still a little edgie cause its been a little over 4 weeks since i ordered....[sm=smiley35.gif][sm=smiley35.gif]

Watch the "custom" route. It will bite you if you don't know how to do it. The bends in the down pipe will make or brake you and if there done wrong you will be loseing whp that you didn't no you had! WHo ever you have do your 3 incher have them match the stock down pipe bends millimeter per millimeter. It will be a tight fit but it will work. I learned this lesson the hard way. I only have mine on for the track and they are sans the resonators. With this set up you will loose a lot, and i mean a lot of low end whp and torque and your throttle response will be crappy, if your not over 3500 rpms all the time it will feel like driving a snail....be carefull! What sounds great dosent always perform great in everyday stop and go traffic!

The perrin one is a lot better piece....if they(AGP) stall you, turboneonstore has the perrin unit in stock!

Amen to that!!!! I see and hear dozens of loud, slow cars and trucks every day. And they usually have "stickers" to boost the horsepower!!![sm=smiley36.gif]

Andy, the system he's going with is a 3 inch DP and 02 that are mated up to the Mopar that has the 2.25 section in the front removed. There are owner dynos showing this setup is the equal to a full three inch up to 300 whp, maybe beyond, but that was not tested, 300 was. so there are no fitment issues, since most of it is 2.5.

As far as one FMIC being better than another, what do you base that on? I would have to look, but I know the SRT guys flow tested one, and it didn't even match the stock unit, airflow was terrible because it was not smooth.

A friend of mine put a nice GReady evo exhaust with an empty cat, header, CAI, MSD wires and a few other toys on his Eclipse just to make it the same, if not slower, than it was stock. He never could find any computer that would make use of his upgrades, so all the added airflow going in and out only hurt it's overall performance.
