It depends on the size of the sticker...here is the formula:
Where a = actual horsepower at the wheels
Where b = expected horsepower at the wheels
Where c = dollars spent in engine uprades
Where d = number of people you want to impress
Where x = the B.S. factor, squared
a(b+c)-2x{d-c}>3a+e=mc2
