Default Tire wear?

Has anyone noticed the g-force tires wearing out quickly? How many miles do any of you have on them? They cost too much and I am worried about how soon I will have to buy another set.

What is the treadwear rating for the tire? It's on the sidewall...

I know about the treadwear, and I believe it is 280 or 300. So not bad at all for a performance tire, but i still wondered what luck everyone was having with them.

My Pilot Sports (stock 03 tires) lasted 25K. Those suckers cost more than the BFGs[:@] I went nuts and went with the Potenza SO3 Pole positions Amazing tires, but 140 each from the tire rack. The best budget bet would be Kuhmos. Etasca MX or 712. I have the 712s on the GLHS, great tires!!!!! Just read the user reviews and test scores on the tirerack.com site. When the number one group of folks recommending a tire is autocrossers, that's a pretty good tire.

No, I think the car itself has a lead foot!
